Abstract

This article provides evidence from numerous published studies that the norms of Exner's Comprehensive System for the Rorschach are seriously in error for many important variables. Clinicians who use Exner's norms for the Rorschach will be led to erroneously over-diagnose psychopathology in individuals who are not psychologically disturbed.
