Abstract
This chapter reports on the results of a study on the writing programs at New Mexico State University and the University of Texas at El Paso, with particular emphasis on administrative structures for multilingual students. The concept of a transnational writing program is developed and refined. This book won the 2017 Outstanding Book Award from the Conference on College Composition and Communication.
