Abstract
Necha Gorzka, 17, has been living in Mexico for several years, and her father is an American citizen. She married a man in Mexico in a Jewish ceremony which neither the U.S. or Mexico recognize as valid. She entered the U.S., had a baby, and wants to return to Mexico to be with her husband. Mrs. Zlabovsky and the National Council of Jewish Women are trying to arrange for a "real marriage" in Juarez so Necha can return to her husband in Mexico.
