Abstract
This dissertation examines how emerging financial and service technologies shape consumer decision-making and consumption behavior. Across three essays, this research investigates how technological features embedded in payment methods, self-service systems, and artificial intelligence influence consumers' psychological processes and behavioral outcomes in financial and marketplace contexts.
