Abstract
The Institute for Policy and Economic Development (IPED) at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) was contracted by Workforce Solutions - Upper Rio Grande (WS-URG) Workforce Development Board (WDB) to conduct a client satisfaction survey. For purposes of this survey, “client” refers to employers who have used WS-URG business services such as job postings, job fairs and hiring fairs. The goals of the survey were to assess the quality of business services offered to clients and client satisfaction with those services. The survey also collected data on an employer’s industry classification and size in terms of number of employees.
