Summary of Interview
Born in Julemes, Chihuahua on May 3, 1986; came to El Paso in 1916; acquired his passport in 1918 at El Paso's port of entry; served in the military during WWI but never fought in Germany due to declaration of peace one week after he signed up; stationed in Santa Barbara, California; migrated throughout the U.S. experiencing many different jobs, from laborer to shipyard worker; settled in Canutillo and married sweetheart on nine years.
