Summary of Interview
Born in Fabens, Texas (1936). High School education. Graduated from the Police Academy. 19 years working for the Police. Held different offices. Contact with illegal aliens, 1960-79. Incidents involving illegal juvenile delinquents (their use of sprays), cigarette-vendors, maids, shoe-shine boys; prostitutes (pay rates, abuses they receive, places they frequent). Attitudes of Juarez authorities toward illegals; what they should do to solve their people's problems. How U.S. could stop illegals along the border.
