Biographical Synopsis of Interviewee
Born in Denver, Colorado in 1909; moved to El Paso in 1938; worked for Mortgage Investment Company; member of the Sierra Club, the El Paso Solar Energy Association, Women's Political Caucus, and the El Paso United Nations organization. She and her sister were involved in a protest against the El Paso Electric Company's nuclear power plant because of the dangers of nuclear waste by using gas stove and heating kerosene lamps, etc.
