Distance learning in higher education: A comparative analysis of universities in Brazil and the United States

Abstract

The subjects of this study will be two universities located in two different countries: Brazil and the United States. This research proposes a study of international comparative research in distance learning program in higher education. The data collection is the most substantial part of the research, which uses actual data via online from official governments' and universities databases from each country and university. The purpose of this study is to learn how Brazil and the United States are educating their population through distance learning and how the system works in each university.
