The UTEP student success project progress report and process narrative
Abstract
This thesis comprises two parts. The first part is a workplace document produced for a writing practicum in higher education administration; it is a progress report on current issues with graduation rates at the University of Texas at El Paso. The second part is a process narrative which describes and analyzes the writing process involved in producing this particular workplace document. The focus of the process narrative is on the challenges of changes in audience and purpose as they might affect the workplace writer.
