Abstract
Leon Rothenberg is living in Detroit, Michigan. His wife and children are in Juarez, Mexico. Mrs. Zlabovsky accuses him of not supporting his family, he replies saying he's in constant contact and sending them money. He eventually is able to get a quota visa for his wife and children and they join him in Michigan.
