Abstract
The El Paso Jewish Relief Society is asking Ben Wolff to help his nephew Victor Mogul who is very sick in Juarez. Victor's brother Julian lives in El Paso but cannot help him financially as he makes just enough to support his family. No one in Victor's family was able to help him financially and he ends up dying.
