Abstract
Rabbie Don Hechter is asking Mrs. Zlabovsky to help him get his sister into the U.S. He swears he is going to take care of her and her child. There are many problems, she doesn't have a birth certificate and she may be illiterate. After many years she is allowed to enter the U.S. but her brother is not providing for her.
