Abstract
Marcel Baron entered the U. S. illegally after fleeing Germany and the Nazis. Low on funds, he wrote a bad check and was arrested. His lawyer, Noah Atler, corresponds with Mrs. Zlabovsky to try to arrange that Marcel be allowed into Mexico to avoid being deported to Germany.
