Abstract
Dr. Fritz Bruhl is in Mexico. His German passport has expired and he's trying to get a visitor's visa to enter the U.S. He has contacted Mrs. Zlabovsky for help. Because of complications in his approach to the American Consul he is unable to get the visa. Her advice is that he return to Germany or Italy and try to obtain a visa.
