Abstract
Mr. Ovadia is trying to get an extension on the Turkish passports for his mother, brother, and himself. One problem is that none of them speak Turkish and the Turkish Consul requires that all the forms be filled out in Turkish.

The person in question spells his name Ovadia -- Ismim Barzilay S. Ovadia. All of the correspondence between Mrs. Zlabovsky and the National Council of Jewish Women refers to him as Ovidia.
