Abstract
My thesis is a work dealing with dual language education and the current bilingual programs that are ineffectively currently implemented throughout the El Paso Independent School District (EPISD). My work calls for the reforming of bilingual education and equity in curriculum, effective programs and equity in usage of primary language.
