Came to El Paso in 1920, an orphan; remembers the Prohibition era; has been a printer all of his life and has worked for several local newspapers; began with the Labor Advocate during the Depression; discusses Peyton Packing Company, Fara and ASARCO local strikes, including leaders for and against these strikes.
