Eva Spencer Osterberg (January 31, 1921 – July 30, 2002) was a WAC (Women’s Army Corp) during WWII, a writer, and secretary to General S. L. A. Marshall. Her papers date 1942 – 1988. The papers help document Osterberg’s military service and activities during WWII.
