Abstract
Joseph Malchus Ray (1907 – 1991) was a professor of political science and president of the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) from 1960 – 1968. The Joseph M. Ray Papers consists of forty-four boxes and includes primarily daily notes, scrapbooks, and publications that he collected, produced, and edited. A large portion of the collection is from his years as president of UTEP.
