Abstract
Carmen Rivas contacts Mrs. Zlabovsky for help because she's being detained by immigration authorities in Juarez. Her husband, who Mrs. Zlabovsky had helped previously, is in Los Angeles. A $500 bond must be paid before Mrs. Rivas is allowed to cross the border.
