Abstract
Jacob Grynberg entered the country on a visitor's visa in 1936 and he's trying to change his status. His original plan was to process the request with the American Consul on Canada, but for reasons not explained decided to enter through Mexico instead. Mrs. Zlabovsky and others in the National Council of Jewish Women go round and round with Mr. Grynberg and his relatives trying to get them to submit the proper documents.
